Blast to the Past - 1.09 "The Witch Is Back"
I just finished watching my taped copy of "The Witch Is Back". I understand that Matthew Tate didn't get a chance to kill Prue when he first met her, because he had heard Rex's voice. But when he was alone with Phoebe in Quake's kitchen, he passed up a chance to kill her. Why? She wasn't capable of defending herself back then. And he had Prue's telekinesis. Actually, he could have easily snapped Phoebe's neck. And if he had waited a bit, he would have had the opportunity to copy Piper's freezing power. Why didn't he?
Other observations: - The sisters had brought Melinda back from the dead? Isn't that a magical no-no? Couldn't they have just summoned her spirit for information on the curse? -The actor who played Matthew Tate wasn't a very good actor, even if he was easy on the eyes. |
