I decided it would be cool to have a thread dedicated for Luke/Friedman's friendship. I personally think they are great buds even though Friendman can be a bit pushy towards Luke when it comes to girls Luke likes. Example: The whole Glynis situation in season one. But in season two he seems more mellow and supportive for Luke and the whole Luke liking Grace.

Anyone else a fan of their friendship?

I love the coffee scene too! They both can be so funny together. I hope we get more scenes of them together including some Grace as well

I think that now Luke and Grace are out in the open they will be together more

Especially since I think Friedman will rely on Luke to help him through the pain of Judith's death.

Kim- I agree, I think that Luke will help Friedman get over the lost of Judith. Plus, Friedman and Joan have something to share in common since they both really liked Judith.

I love the part when Friedman was jealous of all the time Luke spent with Gylnis and then they made up at the arcade and just played video games.

Luke: You used your mom's bras?!?
Friedman: I'm Jewish, dude. Neurotic really is part of the deal.

That makes me laugh everytime.

And I knew that he was scared of Grace bringing harm onto him is one of the reason he didn't tell anyone about Grace/Luke. But I kinda think it because Luke is his best friend and Friedman doesn't want to betray him.

Beside Friedman could have made a bunch of hinting comments in class but he didn't. And I remember in Brighnth On (I think it was) that Friedman moved away from Luke because Luke liked Grace. Of courses Friedman thought Luke was gay for liking Grace at the time but still. They are still best friends even though Friedman knows that Luke is dating the girl Friedman thought to be gay.

cherrios- Thats very true. He didnt go around making comments about them and even disapproved on their relationship because he is Luke's best friend and didnt want to betray him.
