I've got a question for you all: is it weird not to believe in a God, but to love the show JoA?
I just find it an interesting concept, that a girl could actually 'talk' with God, and I could also recognize myself in Kevin.

I don't think its weird not to believe in God and to love JoA. I think JoA shows so many different sides to God and not just focusing on the religious side.

No, not weird at all. Or if it is, then I must be weird too, because it's the same way with me. I don't believe in God, least of all the one the Christian church preaches about. I would call myself an agnostic. Someone who doesn't believe unless he/she sees or is proven otherwise. Yeah, I know, people often say that's the point of faith--to believe even though there is no proof. Well, that's not the way I work.

But I totally loved JoA, loved the whole concept. I thought that was such a beautiful idea, to have God walk around among humans, speaking to certain individuals, making them do things to make the world a better place. Wouldn't that be nice if it were true?

And welcome Pauline. I'm from Germany, so hi neighbor.
