Riverdale - Possible Board Closure Discussion: Please Read and Respond!

I have been discussing this with Em (Barstool Prophet), and we think that it may be time to consider closing this board. The post counts have been declining even with the new season airing...in conjunction we have very few regular posters.

requires that we average at least 12 posts per day, with lower post counts leading to warnings (which we already have been added to the low post count list) and eventual closure of the board. We would prefer to go out as a group decision rather than being forced to close because of our low post counts.

Please respond to this thread letting us know your thoughts. We'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest on our board. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated posters.

I would hate to see this board close I will try my best to help pick up the post count.

Yeah. Please don't close this forum. If I don't post in this forum for a while, It's usually because I'm not caught up on this show, but did get caught up over the weekend. I did see in the post count rankings for last month that Riverdale is in the top 100, for what that's worth. I'll help out here as well posting.

As much as we love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then disappear again, because we'll still be stuck in this situation.

They changed it to 12 posts per day.

Please don't close this board. How about rewatches of old episodes or something? We can save this board. In unity there is strength!

Rewatches are good...but it doesn't seem like anyone is really keeping up even with the recent episodes, so I'm not sure people will watch older episodes if they aren't watching the new ones.

If I was qualified (I know I'm not) I would. As for keeping up with episodes? I hope I'm not the only one but I do keep up, and I'm a commitment regular, dedicated poster. But I'm hoping I'm not the only one.

I applied although I’m not at 6 months and I was evaluated and was told to apply again in future.

I really hope the board stays open I will post more I am up to date on all the episodes and will be up for a re watch of old episodes.

im up to date with the latest episodes (although i am not liking this new season at all ) i will try to post more in the threads to keep the board active.

This season has taken a different turn than usual but I found that interesting but I can see why others might not have liked it as much as it was so different.

I do hope we can keep this board going

Well that board game they've been playing I can see why some think it's lame, but Hiram did just get shot which I think will make this show more intriguing to see how he reacts. He's clearly unreasonable to me, so since he's not dead I think he's just going to throw his weight around more & do harm to more people. I'm not sure how much sillier it is compared to before, though of course when their was that serial killer running around it wasn't so much silly to me as unnecessary for this show.
