What I'm saying if he's a secret agent like in the comics. Then something could happen where the only way for him to keep them safe is to put them in the witness protection program. It would be a clever way to write them out of the show, and send them to their spin-off.

Maybe? I think the theory I read of her eventually turning on Gladys to save her own skin is interesting and would be something she would do. Sad note indeed.

But I do believe eventually, in the end, it'll get better for them.
