I think it was meant to be implied. If she just wanted coffee she could have kept her look the same as it was when she spoke to the kids at school. But from the messed up hair to the lip stick to the less than subtle amount of boobs showing - she wasn't there for coffee. And based on FP's response - he wasn't thinking about coffee either!
