Oh, it seems I was wrong it was Honey's idea but he didn't make the decision until after Cheryl had her therapy session with Burble, Burble recommending him to do it.

Yep, and I think Cheryl's and the other therapy sessions could be a hint/clue that the one over the tapes is Burble.

Even so, I don't expect anyone to remember everything that happens on this show particularly when some of the things to occur could be considered "nonsense". Now, with Cheryl some of the most notable situations or memorable scenes she's been in haven't been very pleasant, but easier for me to remember.

True but I do try, and it does help that I can reread recaps, rewatch scenes, etc, etc.
