They really need to be the golden protected couple of the series.

The world can cause them angst and them get stronger for it...but never angst with each other.

I am enjoying their angst as much as I was their cutesyness. I think a big part of that is the actors are strong enough to bring it.

I feel like they were most likely a test run couple, and now that it is perhaps pretty popular it might likely stay consistent in the series. I do know that the executive producer said he has always relation-shipped them in the Archie Comic Franchise but I still think they might've been testing it out with viewers. I just base that theory on the fact that they happened so fast. Everything needs to happen the way it should and I waited 78 years just for this.

I'm ok with some angst...but not so quickly after last episode. The promo makes it look like Jug is accusing all of them of lying to him

. Hoping it's not the case especially after he just opened up to her.

Rarely have I seen such actual heart eyes onscreen as those I've seen from Betty Cooper in that scene. And can't say I blame her.

Another moment that makes me laugh every time is in the previous episode when she's ranting and he makes a sarcastic remark. The look of "really?" she gives him cracks me up.

Right!? I'd have heart eyes almost all the time.

Did you guys hear there was dialogue cut from their fight scene (not surprising)? Wonder if they'll release it since we have a week off
