I think people are being very unfair to Lili. A lot of them are criticizing her for speaking up about what happened, saying she should've just contacted the girl in private etc. But I don't see Lili doing anything wrong.
That girl was simply acting rude and then proceeded to drag them on twitter and spread lies. If everyone was doing this and nobody tried to stop them, it could damage their public image, cost them job opportunities etc. They have the right to defend themselves against these accusations. And the people who say that she should've messaged her privately are just naive. That girl did it for attention, I highly doubt she would take things back just because Lili messaged her.
