I think those 2 things are more clues to Gladys as the GK. Which rules him out as the GK.

Glady's is the characters played by Gina Gershon I believe & think she's only been on 1 episode, so that would be surprising to me if she's involved in this. I did notice in this episode that Archie broke a mirror, so that answers the question if he's superstitious.

Also, so Veronica thought that Archie tried to kill her dad? This is the same guy she just slept with. Wow.

It's too bad about Claudius. I know some think he got what he deserved, but man he could have knocked Hiram on ass is I think in this episode before checking out, which would've been quite memorable I'd guess, but that was not to be.

Yeah... Hmmm. So this episode.

Archie recovering from a grizzly attack so quickly was lazy writing... Archie having yet another turn to the dark side is tiresome. Been there done that writers... I do wonder if Archie is going to dye his hair back to red.. Which is kind of sad because that is the biggest cliffhanger in this episode for me.

Veronica asking where have you been and what happened to his hair in the same sentence... I mean I am confused. A milkshake defines a character.... I have no idea why Veronica was mad at him. She knows her father, she talks about how dangerous he is all of the time, so why would she be mad about Archie trying to save himself.

Alice is stealing from Betty? Now my favourite character is a brain dead cult member and I am over it. Please writers end this farm crap.. It's old. I am mad at the show, because they are ruining Alice.

FP and Fred threatening Hiram. Stop threatening him and just kill him please... I am so tired of his character. Veronica needs to be an orphan..

Betty bringing up the SATS was great. A reminder these people are supposed to be teens.

Why the hell does Penelope get one line this season? It always has the word brothel in it.

Archie is dumb, Betty needs to tutor him. At least again that is something more normal..

The surprise party.... Veronica is so cringy.... That song was horrible.. The singing was so unnecessary.

Betty and Hal . I don't know why but I like Hal now that he is a psycho. He is at least interesting. Total silence of the lambs vibe...

Reggie always looks confused. Him saying Archiekins was weird... He is a crappy friend.

Side note - Archie recovered so quickly from the bear attack it now looks like a cat attack... And why no comment about the serpent tattoo from Reggie? Did he know?

Finally back to Hal and Betty... He is messing with her head. So Hal was the gargoyle king? Hmm... Alice has been visiting Hal? That's surprising...

The Serpents sneak attack was cool... Tall Boy? Wasn't he dead?

Veronica thinks Archie shot Hiram? Yeah so she turned on him. And honestly she hates him most of the time... .. I am glad they are done.

Betty at the prison again. I like these moments. Hal was actually kind.

Reggie brought the weirdest presents to Veronica.I guess they are together now... Maybe the shakeup will be good for the show.

FP for Sheriff! What no criminal background check necessary for the job? .

I actually thought this was a good episode compared to some others this season.

I am so glad to see Archie back in town finally! His reunion with Veronica was sweet at first, but of course it turned sour quick. I can't believe she would think he would kill Hiram? But even so, her loyalty to him annoys the heck out of me. Like he basically was ruining Archie's life. How there was any support there I don't get. Same goes for Hermione. It sucks that Hiram basically is what drove a wedge between them though because they went through a lot of crap just to end up breaking up which is annoying. At the same time, I am okay with the break up because I want to shake things up a bit. I would like to see Archie jealous over her new thing with Reggie. Eventually they can get back together maybe in a season or so.

Veronica/Reggie are fine, but idk, I cant accept Reggies complete change in personality from last season. And why is he getting so much more screen time than Kevin and Josie? Honestly I wouldnt blame the actors for just quitting at this point since they never get any focus.

Not too thrilled to see Hal again. Glad he wasn't actually the gargoyle king because that would have been lame. Betty going to see him... Im not sure about this. Seems like trouble. But Alice has been awful this season. Truly awful. This farm thing is ridiculous. I still think they are connected to the game somehow. And what happened to the Alice/FP thing that was going on? is that done?

Was tall boy really the gargoyle king? I really dont think he was, that would be too easy. And now sweet pea killed him... It'll be interesting to see how Jughead and FP will cover that whole thing. I knew that FP was going to be the new sheriff. How does that work? Doesn't he have to have some sort of training for that?

Fred is still the best parent on the show, I wish he had a better storyline, but I did enjoy his scenes with Archie. Archie is clearly going darker this season I think, but I don't really blame him. He's had a lot of crap thrown at him.

I LOVE THAT HIRAM GOT SHOT but I was hoping he would have died. I need this guy to be gone. He sucks the life out of the series. I absolutely hate how much hes been involved on this show and IMO its part of the shows downfall. Season 1 was so much better without him around.

This episode felt the least crazy and seemed to be reeled in a bit more which I enjoyed.


I would like to see her again because she was introduced randomly as Jughead's mother. Its wasnt really like a huge surprise that it should have been. But as the GK? Nah, I think thats too out of the blue.


This show is the hottest mess of a show ever. Like, seriously. Its just bad. It could be so much better in so many ways.

-More friend interactions
-Less Hiram
-More teen moments and SL's and less over the top stuff
-The "serpents" should have just been a side gang that fP was involved in, now everyone is part of it.
-Kept Alice awesome and the FP/Alice thing going
-More meaningful scenes with parents/kids
-Stable relationships or more banter/tension between pairings
-More balanced focus on the characters, not just the core 4.
-Stop the "shocking" moments and over the top scenes and just bring it back to reality. Have more realistic and "basic" moments between the characters with the mystery stuff more on the sidelines....

I could write it so much better in all honesty.

I don't think they'll kill Hiram. He's the main villain. Main villains don't get defeated until like the series finale. If any parent is getting killed I think it's Fred by Hiram. Like did he really have to tell Archie he survived the BH twice, and he ain't afraid of Hiram? Cause as the saying goes third time's the charm. Falice is far from over, and I do think we'll get a love triangle with them and Gladys. As for FP training? Well, he did serve in the Army.

This was a good episode for me in respects of bringing back some normality like Betty making sure everyone is preparing for the SATs that is so Betty and I lobe it

Bughead always have my heart and they were sweet but I need more of them recently its been lacking!

Betty going to see her father is interesting but also bad as Hal gets in her head!

I cannot believe Alice took all of Betty's money and college fund for the Farm its crazy!

Jughead as King of the Serpents is always good to see
It will be interesting to see FP as Sheriff and it seemed to be a plan of Hermione's by the sounds of it.

Hiram has been shot but there are no end of suspects! I agree I don't think he will die yet as its only half way through the season!

Well, the thing about them showing they ''care'' about the SAT's is that they've barely shown me that any of them care about their schoolwork. I wouldn't have been surprised if none of those teens even took their SAT's. These teens are not superheroes. They shouldn't have time to save people in a nunnery, plus solve murders, & get excellent grades. That's not even adding the ones that are in whatever gang Jughead hangs with.

It doesnt even make sense because there are multiple times you can take the SAT. Archie didnt have to take them then.

I dont think they will kill hiram either but i wish they would. hes so annoying.

I actually like Hiram as a villain. Speaking of Hiram. I think Hiram and Gladys could be working together.

Maybe, but I'm not sure why he would need her help at this point & considering how things ended for Claudius it seems too risky if I was her. Just imagine how Jughead would react to that.

Well, unlike Hiram and his team. Gladys knows the Jones Men inside&out. She would know their next move before they would make it. Honestly, it would give Hiram a huge advantage against the Jones Men.

I thought about Hiram/Gladys working together. I’m not sure. It’s obvious she has secrets, but I think she’s genuine when it comes to her love for Jughead (even if she sucks as a mom) and she cares for Archie, his childhood best friend. If she were working with Hiram, I don’t think she’d allow him to mess with her son and Archie. He’s tried to kill Archie.

I don't know how much shes sucked as a mom. I'd guess she could've done worse, considering how Jughead seems to be. In theory Jughead could've turned out to be like that Chic guy & then I'd say people would have a bigger gripe of whatever her parenting was.
