Personally, I'll take more AC in any shape or form so I'll all for it.

And while Netflix may formally have turned any Agent Carter resuscitation down, Atwell remains open to the possibility of the character’s return, whether at Peggy’s advanced age, or her own:

It’s still a much-loved show for the people involved in the making of it, and we know it has a special place in the fans’ hearts. And that’s something that I would be very happy to go back to, if the opportunity came … The great thing about Peggy is we know she lives a long life. I’m banking on when I’m in my 50s, saying, ‘Let’s see what Peggy’s up in this decade!’

So far as we know, Season 3 of Marvel’s Agent Carter would have explored a bit of Peggy’s family history, particularly as regard to her lost brother, as well as her own war record. There’s every chance Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 could pick up a few loose threads, but no formal plans have been announced.

Whether or not we see Agent Carter again, would shorter specials been a good way to continue the series over time?

With Marvel, fans, and Hayley Atwell herself on board for more Marvel’s Agent Carter content, it seems more likely now that we will see something come from this–but it is a matter of what network is going to come forward and invest more time and money into the Agent Carter property. I love that they said that and even if we can't get a third season, I'd love the idea of a AC movie.

Even if only to wrap up Peggy's story.

I do love that Broadway musical idea as well, by the way.
