It's set after the tv show (or at least after season 1, if we get more it'll probably continue from it), it's basically how Howard asks her to run S.H.I.E.L.D. with him

I loved it, she kicks so much ass in it.

i just watched this. this was great. they needed to show this before the pilot. good way to introduce her and stark's characters.

I've got to watch it again. I've only watched it once since getting the Iron Man 3 blu ray. I don't even remember much of what happened.
