We are having riots here in Baltimore. I hope that they end peacefully and soon.

I meant, in the sense that they felt so strongly about this being a huge social issue over horrible and unnecessary deaths in custody but I agree that violence should never be part of it.

I've been slacking off in terms of the gym so I'm determined to go three times this long weekend. One down, two to go.

So yeah that's my sad goal for these few days. That and shopping.
