Yes, it is! And it's technically 16-17 years younger, because he was only in episodes from 2000-2001.

If he did, he probably doesn't do it a lot anymore, if at all. He's probably too busy.

I haven't read a lot about the revival because I haven't wanted to spoil myself, but apparently, they recast him for one episode:
