Constant disappearances with no explanation and no characters referencing them can get really annoying, really fast, tbh.

It definitely did on this show that's for sure, especially since most of the time it happened with great characters who are very important to the show.

Not really, because they did get an explanation, even if it was a bad one. They didn't just disappear into thin air like Deb did.
