Season 7 General Discussion #1: "We're all crazy. Some of us just hide it better than others."
 GENERAL DISCUSSION - SEASON 7 The seventh season jumps fourteen months ahead. Rachel returns and two new regular characters are introduced: Haley's sister Quinn and Nathan's agent Clay. Lucas and Peyton have moved away, Quinn and Clay's relationship develops after the death of Clay's wife Sarah. Nathan's NBA career is jeopardized by a growing scandal that also affects Haley. Dan becomes a motivational speaker with the support of his new wife, Rachel Gatina. Brooke releases her new clothing line in the midst of conflicts with Julian and Alex, a model she hired for her company. Millicent struggles with a drug addiction which causes Mouth to break it off with her. The second half of the season deals with Haley's depression due to her mother's death. At the end of the season, the characters travel to Utah for the premiere of Julian's completed film, Haley announces she's pregnant, Julian proposed to Brooke, and Clay and Quinn are shot by Katie. 7x01: 4:30am (Apparently They Were Traveling Abroad) Last edited by stlavin95; 04-28-2019 at 04:09 AM |

I hated that as well. Argh I could have killed him for doing this to Brooke
 Yeah It was a new season with many new characters. It was strange to see a season without Peyton and Lucas. __________________

at least they worked out. I did love clay x Quinn the most in the season though. superb together.

I loved Clay and Quinn. It was nice to see them becoming a couple. Loved their first kiss

title idea:
"We're all crazy. Some of us just hide it better than others." season 7 was one of my least favorite seasons but i liked it better than 8 and maybe even 6 in parts. I'm actually looking forward to rewatching it though because i only saw the episodes once. i actually loved alex and the alex/julian stuff. i loved clay and quinn and watching their story progress. loved the haley family drama stuff and her moms death. loved all the stuff with dan. i thought the nh drama was somewhat interesting at the beginning but they bored me near the end. couldn't stand b/ju this season though, they just got so irritating with their drama and brooke was always crying it seemed. it sucked without lp but most importantly i just wanted them to explain what happened to them and why they left and where they went!!! i would have liked to hear about some off screen phone calls or visits too, as contrived as that would be. __________________

Yeah I hated to see Lucas and Peyton leave in season 6 and in season 7 the life of the others was just normal without them. Some phone calls or stories would have been great. It would have been great to see a flashback or something like that.
I didn't like Dan ' s show or his relationship to Rachel. It was weird. I loved Quinn. And I really love her scenes together with Haley or Clay Millie was also a character I didn't like in that season. I mean the whole model stuff was to much for her. I liked her more as assistant for Brooke. __________________

thanks for adding those in
 flashback woulda been nice, i wish they woulda filmed that in season 6 when they knew c/h were leaving but oh well. dan/rachel was lame! at least it didnt take up TOO much screen time. it was a lame way to bring rachel back. i did love the haley/quinn relationship a lot and the scenes where taylor came back were good too! i agree about millie. honestly, millie/mia/mouth (the m's) were so annoying to me. __________________

Haha exactly the whole m's storylines were terrible and just boring.
I liked Mia as a singer or as a friend of Peyton , but the relationship with Chase was just unnecessary. I mean who cares for their relationship? Millie storyline seems like good girl gone bad. Yeah I loved to see the writers focusing more on the James scott family. It was great to see Haley with her sisters again. Quinn was a great character and a brilliant aunt to Jamie. __________________

i love chase but i don't think he should have come back because they didnt do anything significant with his character! him and mia IMO were one of the worst pairings on the shoW!

I agree with you. The character of Chase wasn't important for the show.
And him together with Mia doesn't make sense to me. I liked Mia because I'm a big fan of Kate Voegele and I love to listen to her music. I loved Clay and Quinn they were my favorite couple in this season. I really like their scenes on the beach. Quinn was really good for Clay . Millie taking drugs, was annoying. __________________

i love kate and her music and she was likable in season 5 but not after that.
i liked clay/quinn a lot in season 7 too, they were cute. __________________
