The Deleted Scenes Rules

1) It has to be N/H scene or a scene where Nathan or Haley is in. For example N/H N/Dan, H/Lucas, N/Lucas, N/Deb, H/P/B, etc.

2) Before posting the scenes please post the name of the episode.

3) You can't change the lines already spoken but you can add lines to the dialogue.

4) Any changes has to be within context of the show. For example you can't have Nathan saying I love you to Haley in a scene in WAO when we know he said for the first time in HCYBS.

5) Many fans can pick the same scenes...Remember Variety is fun.

6) It can be posted in the form of a dialogue or it can be a point of view of our character.

7) The last episode The Game that Plays Us is up for grab...since we don't know how OTH Season premiere is going to be Be Creative, write those Wedding Vows, the Rain Scenes *hint Bekah and Lucy hint*, there are a lot of scenes to pick from.

8) This is a game, don't be shy...let's have fun!

In keeping with the spirit of the game I have a tittle suggestion for the person who starts the next thread: Because we want our N/H Deleted Scenes in our DVD Collection !

So I think what I would have wanted to see would have been a conversation more distinctly Nathan and Haley. The one we saw was sweet and wonderful but it felt like a conversation that could have been said between any two people who were making up. Like in the ILY scene, Nathan expresses his love, but also tells her how much that also scares him. I think we talked about this before when Mal brought it up, that James does the method acting thing, and maybe that�s what I wanted to see more of in this scene. My favorite part is when he doesn�t back down and he gets all snippy, because that is so Nathan, so that I would keep in. I guess this would be MY NH rain scene, as recorded by Bekah and her brain.

Haley pulls up to her house and she�s in a car with Peyton. Peyton was driving and she leaves and Haley runs over to Nathan, who is standing on the front porch, soaking wet because it has been raining for a little while. She asks him what he is doing there and he says this week has been hell I need to talk to you. She says there isn�t anything to talk about and he counters back with, when I�m starting to drive Lucas nuts, you know there is definitely something to talk about. She goes quiet and he starts to explain about Peyton!porn! He says, those pictures of Peyton are from a long time ago, before we ever started dating. You know I never really use my computer, and her web cam hasn�t been in her closet for months. Haley isn�t sure whether or not this is what she wanted to hear so she kind of bites her lip and looks at him with those big eyes that say, I�m trying to trust you here but you hurt me. You don�t trust me, he says knowingly, and she breaks his eye contact for a moment. I don�t get it, Haley. You were just with Peyton. If it bothered you so much�She interrupts him and says loudly, this isn�t about Peyton! It�s about�me.

You know when you said that being in love scared you? Well what I never told you was that it scares me too. Nathan, I fell in love with you, pretty hard in fact and I was scared of everything that came with it. I was scared that you didn't feel the same way, and that I would be alone again. Once you told me you loved me, everything changed for me. I wasn't so scared anymore and I wanted to be with you. When I saw those sites I got scared again, that I wasn't enough for you... that I never would be. It also brought up something that I was afraid to even think about seriously: sex. Not that I didn't want to do it with you, but I was again afraid of what would come of it if we did. I didn't want to change anything about us... we had come so far together. I guess I was afraid that everthing would change and that you would realize that I wasn't it. Haley, how could you ever think that? Your everything to me, and nothing is going to change that. And didn't you ever think that I might be just as scared as you? I'm scared of losing the first girl that I have ever truly fallen in love with, your it Haley. Haley looked up at Nathan with loving eyes and said: As long as were in it together, and scared together, nothing else matters. And with that both Haley and Nathan were in eachother's arms, having a warm embrace as the rain sprinkled down upon them.

If anyone else wants to add there stuff (Jay, Charli) please go right ahead. I'm actually really busy and I have to go... otherwise I would have posted your stuff. Sorry!

Extended Scene from Suddenly Everything Has Changed The Bedroom Scene after the Internet Search.

Nathan turns to Haley "Thanks Haley" "For what?" she answers. "For all of this, for helping me deal with the divorce, my parent's fighting-"You don't have to thank me Nathan, you know I'm always here for you". "I know but it seems to me I dragged you into my drama...and I don't know... we hardly go out on normal dates anymore or even make out...what I'm trying to say Haley is that I'm sorry". "You don't have to apologize Nathan, I really don't mind. I know you would do the same for me, in fact you already have" "What do you mean?" "You don't know how much it meant to me that you went to see Lucas at the hospital or that you stuck by me even when I didn't want you around?" Nathan looks at Haley there is his usual smile but there is something else in his look...it's almost loving. Haley continues "If there is one thing I learned from Lucas' accident is that you can't be afraid like I have-" Nanthan cuts in "Haley you're fearless-" "No that's the thing... I'm not, I've been afraid all of my life to do the stuff I always wanted-" "It's that why you want to learn all the things you said?" Yeah, I realized that you have to live in the moment" Suddenly Haley kisses Nathan. "Mmmm, so it really does includes fooling around with me" "You gotta problem with it?" Haley laughs "Not really" Nathan kisses Haley back.

*No throwing tomatoes please* That Living in the moment line Nathan says at the end of the epi kind of bugged me because it seemed out of context.

FKATF: No tomatoes will be thrown that was great. That "moment" line always bugged me as well because I know there had to be something there that backed it up, but got chopped up probably. I love the scenario you created.

Lucy: Aww, love the new thread, thats one of my favorite songs, and so Nathan/Haley to me. I also loved your rain scene conclusion.

You guys are doing fabulously, I still haven't figured out what I'd like to do. I'm slow what can I say, LOL.

FKATF I agree with all of these, especially the TLY Drunk scene, and hope that someone writes the �missing� part of it. Maybe I�ll give it a try this weekend if I have some time and no one beats me to it.

I�d have to add that in TFCITD (my least favorite episode by far), the biggest disappointment, other than the lack of NH period, was the Sheryl Crowe scene, and I�d love to see someone expand on it.

I can remember yelling at the screen, �That�s all we get!?� when the credits rolled on this episode. I saw the behind-the-scenes shooting clip and know that there was more NH filmed, such as them holding hands while watching SC perform. Would it have killed them to show us this? As much as I love the NH cuddle walk, (as I think its been termed here), I really want to see them holding hands. Sometimes its just those little things that really make a scene memorable for me.

Are there any MSCL fans on this board? If so, I think you know what I mean by this. This scene was so simple, yet it�s the one that always comes to mind when I think of this series. NH�s relationship is already way past the point that J/A�s was in this scene, but there are still many simple, yet poignant scenes like this that the writers could interject in the show and I'm hoping that we get to see them often next season.

Okay, I really got sidetracked there (sorry). Getting back on track... FKATF, I don�t know if you�ve read this fic yet, but it�s the missing DSL scene from TFCITD and I thought it was good�.. The Perfect Distraction

Ok Lucy, i'm postin mine again so it;s on the same thread, what a brilliant idea u guys, well done! This willkeep me entertained for a while. And LIFEHOUSE? I went to see them perform over here, it was a really small venue in Birmingham only about 70 of us there, and lifehouse rocked! Except there was a mosh pit, that scared me, hehe. 'Everything' is my favourite song too, and it was so awesome live!

The Search For Something More
First Kiss extended scene

'I keep putting myself out there and you keep blowing it, and that's probably a good thing cos at this point, theres nothing you can say or do that's going to surprise me.' Nathan stares at her, he doesn't hear a word she says, he just can't stop himself from staring at her full lips and he can not get over his intense desire to kiss them into silence. He can't fight it any longer, he swoops down impulsively and lightly brushes his lips against hers.

Haley is shocked, 'except that', she stammeres, she is momentarily dumbfounded, did Nathan Scott just kiss her, on her front lawn, I mean sure she'd had an inkling he liked her but she never imagined he would kiss her, she'd never quite let herself go there for fear it wouldn't happen. She never really thought it would, not really and yet here she was, here he was, and here 'it' was....happening.

When she felt she could breath again, her heart pounded and her mouth felt deliciously alive, unsure of how to react, she stared up at him, he stood frowning, his forhead lining with endearing little creases. Nathan worries, has he made the wrong move, he just couldn't help himself, he opens his mouth...

She beats him to it, 'you shouldn't have done that Nathan.'

He swallows, great he's blown it, he just needed her so badly then.

'I wanted to.' He whispers, putting himself out there, putting himself on the line, putting his heart on the line, for this girl, this situation, this moment.

'Yeah' Haley breathes weakly, she can't look at him, she doesn't trust herself, when she finally does, the blue of his eyes looks even deeper, and she sees it all, the vulnerability behind the myth the legend, the front, the BS, Mr Nathan Scott hides behind. And she wants him, she wants him back, so badly. And everything else just fades into oblivion, there is no Lucas now, no tutoring, no popularity status, no other thought enters her mind, other than how it would feel to kiss this boy, this beautiful, vulnerable, unpredictable enigma of a boy.

And so she does.

And it's sweet and magical and so...what's the word, perfect. They're learning together, it's not the perfect film style kiss, but it's perfect for them.

Nathan's brain doesn't even register as she leaps at him and kisses him, what's going on, he only realises as he slowly raises a hand up to rest on her cheek.

He is overwhelmed, she is overwhelmed, they pull back, Nathan is still in shock, he stares down at her, 'um.....so that was....' he stammers, 'that was...'

Haley tries to cover her own embarrassment by making a joke, she cocks her head slightly, squinting up at him, 'mind-blowing....perfect...awful?'

Nathan grins down, suddenly feeling, nervous and bashful, 'oh all of them.'

Haley frowns suddenly.

And Nathan realises his mistake, 'oh no, no, I don't mean horrible, I meant the first two, you know, I mean that was great, it was perfect, I mean you were....'

'Nathan!' Haley interrupts.

He looks down and is surprised to find her smiling.

'Shut up and try it again.'

And he does.

I'm so glad you all liked my opening page, and my conclusion to the rain scene. I'll see if I can write up anymore deleted scenes. I just wouldn't want to bore you all too much!
Becky- Thanks for posting that J/A MSCL clip, I love MSCL! ITA, I have wanted to have scenes just like this. Hopefully we will get some next season...
