I also love "Angels on the Moon"...but their whole album is wonderful.

Anyway, yeah I hope there will be some decent NH next year as well as decent music.

I understand. Lack of NH screen time sucks. But at least Nathan and Haley had individual scenes in the finale that totaled 10 minutes. They had half of that in 416. For me, their only scene together in 518 > all five minutes in 416. You could tell how much care the writers put into writing their arc for that episode. Well, you could also tell NH (the couple) were an afterthought for the S5 finale, too. Eh, I could go on and on. But I'll quit. LOL.

I agree! Good music playing over NH scenes would be a plus.

Though the music itself on the show does little for me now. I used to keep up with the music list for every episode, but I quit early on in S4.

tbh and this might shock people, I'm kind of less enthusiastic about the music as well. I mean I used to like know pretty much everything about the songs in the episodes, but as Season 4 and 5 went on...I know less and less...kind of like the episodes themselves.

Mel and Susan, I love your icons.

The music has become subpar in S4 and S5. I'm trying to think of a song from s5 that was even memorable or poignant. I got nothing.

I have a playlist of songs that played during important/memorable Naley scenes. Each season has between 9 and 13 songs, except season 5- which has 5. Although, I think that speaks more for Naley moments than good music.

(And most of my S5 songs are Codas, so it's not even all Naley.)

A couple songs that were memorable from S5 for me were "The Freshman" (mainly because I loved that NJ scene and it felt so powerful with the music) and "Feel This." I think there are couple more I am forgetting too.

Yes, Court, I was going to mention The Freshmen as well. I adore that song to pieces and it fit so well with the NJ scene, which happens to be one of my favorites. I liked Apologies and Hometown Glory as well, but here's hoping for better music along with better scenes for S6.

One that stands out to me is "Best Not to Think About It", but it's probably because I've watched that scene so much. I like the song though.

I've never been good with the music of OTH, unless I can associate it with an important NH scene. But really, S1 was the season I was most heavily involved in, music wise.
