I wish I could do that too more often, but these stuff are still too expensive for me. :/ But sometimes I buy a movie or tv show on DVD if I really like it. I do own the first season of OTH, for example.

Due to my complete obsession with OTH when it originally aired, I ended up buying every DVD boxset the exact day that each one released in the stores.

But I am glad I did because buying all 9 seasons at once would be expensive.... Spending small portions once a year for the boxset wasn't bad. And now that Netflix took OTH down, I am definitely glad I have them.
