Not really, but they never really gave reasoning for that, either. Rachel just ran off in season 5 and the next thing we knew she was married to Dan and no longer friends with any of them.

I think Peyton deserved better that repeated trauma. Kind if just felt like rinse and repeat after a while.

Yeah agreed, definitely some of those storylines I would erase. Luke also deserved better than to be that guy knowing for being indecisive like he is.

He definitely did, that was the result of another mess entirely though, that had little to do with the character, sadly.

It's really sad what they did to Luke's character tbh. Maybe, they definitely could have been an interesting couple.
