How stupid was Anna to Peyton....I was liking their friendship and all but Anna really annoyed me....The last comment she made "It's so hard to be yourself again"....maybe she could've been talking about her being lesbian What do you think? Besides, just because she likes girls doesn't mean she likes ALL girls. She could just like Peyton as a friend, shocking as that may be.

I do like Anna, to a point. Once she confronted herself and figured out who she was and wanted to be with, she was better, not trying to be this fake person and run away from the rumors and whos he really was. Unlike Felix, but that's another story, in another thread

I hated this bitch sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much back in S2. Now, compared to other characters I hate, I wonder if my hate would stand up. Mmm.

I just hated Season 2 as a whole and Anna was part of that hate. She was so wrong in the mix. And the sleepover episode that she was apart of...so not needed

exactly, Anna always butted in. She wanted to feel apart of something and the more she tried the more it failed and everyone felt sorry for her.

I loved these two as friends and would also love if they had gone romantic like them.

I don't know if it's because oth fans were too young at the time this originally aired or what, but Anna really got a lot of undeserved hate for being understandably afraid to come out as bi (if I understood correctly that that's what she was). There are lots of things about oth writing that I hate very much, but writing a non-straight character as afraid of exclusion and/or violence she might face if she comes out is not one of them. Like, hate the character all you want if you find her boring or whatever (I disagree, but to each their own), but don't hate her for this.

Sadly I'm not surprised that she got so much undeserved hate. Kind of glad I didn't watch the show until I was already an adult. If I hadn't waited I probably would have been seeing all of the hate.
