They had great scenes in season 7, though I didn't like the kind of 'love triangle' between Julian/Brooke and Alex. __________________

Me too and this show certainly loved to use the love triangle as an way to create drama between couples. What storyline would have preferred to have seen that season instead?

About Brooke & Julian? They found out in season 7 that she couldn't have babies. But we never knew details, what was wrong with her. And both just accepted it and went on with adoption plans. It would have been nice to see them not just accepting fate but trying to do something for getting pregnant. I'm still annoyed that they rushed through the 9 months of pregnancy. And in the next episode the twins were already several months old.

Yeah, that storyline with her inability to have kids should have gotten way more focus imo and that should have been their big storyline that season instead of the love triangle. Should have gotten more time with the pregnancy too and I honestly wouldn't have been against the adoption storyline just happening instead.

It wasn't a real love triangle because Julian didn't cheat. It was not his fault that Alex fell in love with him. He was faithful all the time. Brooke just didn't believe him.
