Hopefully he gets better, Susan. During Heartless, at the beginning his voice when berserk. They had to stop and restart.

I want to see the Fray but they aren't anywhere close to me, darn. Those shirts are great though.

I just got back from the concert, I'm kind of sad none of the performers signed anything except Parachute, and I couldn't find where they were signing until after they had already left. The concert was amazing though, Parachute was first, we missed the beginning because we couldn't find where the concert was, we did get there when they were singing She Is Love and I was like

I didn't miss it, then was Sugar Ray- surprisingly they were pretty good, they sang a bunch of their old songs though and they did some covers like Don't Stop Believing, then it was Matt Nathanson- who also did covers, he's so cute, he did some original songs and during one of the songs he invited Mark from Sugar Ray to sing with him so that was pretty cool and Gavin Rossdale was last. His performance was the longest, He did a little over an hour but he also sang some covers too, but I kind of figured he would since he only has one cd out.

Overall I had a pretty great time, I was towards the front for most of the concert, then my friends wanted to go further back so we joined another friend for Gavin's performance.

I would share pics, but I haven't gone through them yet, I took over 100 pics so I have to go through and see what pics to keep and what to delete.

It was, I found it weird when Gavin covered Dixie Chicks, I was like it totally doesn't sound like a song he would cover, then again Matt covered Miley Cyrus, Rick Springfield and Taylor Swift. I did have a good time and I'm glad I got to be pretty close to the front, surprisingly since there was a ton of people there.

Matt was so funny, he was talking about how he totally ripped off other people's songs and he didn't get sued, like one of his songs sounded like Escape from Enrique Iglesias (he covered that one too) and then the other one sounded like Jesse's Girl from Rick Springfield. He covered Love Story from Taylor Swift and The Climb from Miley/Hannah. I'm pretty sure Matt sang the most covers.

So I went to see Amy Kuney, Bryan Greenberg (

) and Ari Hest on Thursday. All of them put on an amazing show. I never really much of Amy or Ari's music before, but I'm sooo glad I got to see them live b/c they were amazing. Ari was so high energy and Amy was so sweet. Bryan, of course, was freaking awesome.

OMFG Matt covered "The Climb"? Man, I wish he would do a studio recording of it. That's the only Miley song I'll ever listen to because I LOOOVE the lyrics.

yep he covered the climb, but he said it was only because Sugar Ray did a couple covers so he felt he had to keep up with them

I love the lyrics for that song too and I agree Susan, then again the kids I babysit for force me to watch Hannah Montana so I have to listen to a bunch of her songs, and I'm like I don't care

I love Bryan, that sounds amazing, I sadly found out he was going to be where I am too late, so I couldn't go, I think I found out the day of the performance and I had to work the next day, I was kind of disappointed since I totally wanted to see him.

Well, when it was broadcast on the air they used "Never Tear Us Apart" by INXS. However, they couldn't get the DVD rights, so they replaced it with "Ride" by the Cary Brothers.
