For very little valid reason, unfortunately. She was your typical school bully that never completely grew out of her selfishness. Wouldn't even be top 10 for me

Although tbh it isn't easy to order these characters because there aren't many that deserve a high ranking. If any list was comprised using valid reasoning, most of them probably wouldn't even make the list.

It's hard to think of one that wasn't pretty horrible at some point. Outside of Haley and child characters, anyway, and she had her moments.

I think it would be fun just to meet other fans in person

and I just really want to visit Wilmington someday but living in California it's far away for me

so awesome that Bethany, Chad, and James are all gonna be there this weekend though

We have conventions here rarely. I think the last one was the joint PLL/OTH convention years ago.
