Criminal Minds - seems there was an off screen break up before the end of the show, and that's the on screen reason for not seeing her.

Especially as it seems it was done to imply that there might be something between two of the regulars, when there never was before. CM decided to deviate from it's norm in the last season or so and pander to vocal minority fanbases.
