Just jumping in real quickly before I head out..
I too, am with Susan. What always buggged me about Wrongda was that she ALWAYS recycled spoilers that were already out there and used them as her own. Most of the time her column is just a waste of space. I couldn't believe that info she posted about the show. Hopefully someone will email her and set her straight. Of course I did throw a vote in there regardless lol. But I hate that it's even included on that list because otherwise I would have voted for Angel. Love the new thread and title Bekah [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] Guys, I can't believe we are already nearing our last ep before hiatus. Hopefully we'll have plenty of N/H in this one to see us through. OT, I highly recommend Pieces of April with Katie Holmes if you haven't already seen it. If Lucas' behavior continues to worsen, who would you like to see confront him about it? Do you think there's a deeper reason for Haley changing her appearance? If so, what is the reason? If another tragedy happened, what would you want it to be & to whom should it happen? My answers: I would love to see Nathan confront Lucas. Not because they're half-brothers, but because I think Lucas and Haley are going to lock horns again. I want Nathan to come to her defense and tell Luke to give it a rest. I feel like there's a deeper meaning to Haley changing her appearance. Not sure what it is, but I have a feeling. Tragedy... for some reason, I think the next tragedy will happen to Haley's family. Maybe Haley or Brooke, since we don't know anything about their families and that would be an interesting way to bring them onto the canvas. __________________

Or Peyton will glue herself to Haley and Brooke will glue herself to a Tequila bottle. Would a Deb/Keith hook-up be about sex or something deeper? I want it to be about sex. Is that wrong? I get the feeling Keith really has never be the one "desired" by most of the women, even though everyone in Tree Hill must be stupid because he's cute and great. So yea, sex. Why did Karen hook up with Dan in high school instead of Keith? Because Dan was the star player? Some other reason? Well, I bet Karen was a lot like Brooke, only not as easy, as a teenager, in that cheerleading was her life and being with a guy on the team was her dream come true. Keith was a good friend, but he wasn't that dreamy guy she dreamed of. Yes I did use different forms of the word "dream" about a dozen times. Shh. I bet it didn't hurt that he was tall, dark and handsome too. With Lucas (temporarily) out of the picture for P & B - to whom will each girl turn for romance? If they didn't hate each other I would joke - with each other. Just Kidding. We'll leave the Ho!Yay! to Smallville... [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] I know I want Peyton + Jake, and I think I like the idea of Brooke + Tim (Yeah, this is a new phenomenon I think I might want from now on. Cuz well, there really isn't all that many other options)... Can Karen and Deb build a true, strong friendship? I really hope they've been saving up the N/H for us to hit us all at once with this one. Of course I would probably pass out in shock if we actually got more than our usual 2 obligatory scenes with them LOL! |

I think that Nathan would be the only one to do this because he is not "scared" of having Lucas mad at him...He doesn't care (and neither do I)! Do you think there's a deeper reason for Haley changing her appearance? If so, what is the reason? I think that Haley is trying to be more of free spirit because she has an underlying fear that Nathan would get bored with her after the novelty of their relationship wore off....She wants to keep her man! He tells her how much she means to him but she won't let herself truly believe (remember her reaction to his saying he wanted to live in the moment with her)...Until she really believes, she will guard how deeply her feelings for Nathan run as well... If another tragedy happened, what would you want it to be & to whom should it happen? I think a tragedy around Brooke would help add depth to the character - I need to see her connected to more than just Peyton and Lucas.... [ 02-27-2004: Message edited Bgirloth1 ] __________________

Peyton and Brooke's friendship has diff. changed and not for the better. We are probably going to see how they work it out. I can't see Brooke staying mad at Peyton for too long. They have been friends for too long to blow it off over a guy. 2. We have been deprived of N/H scenes for many episodes. "The First Cut Is the Deepest" is the last episode of February sweeps (and until mid-April). Where do we want to leave them? What do we want to happen? And most importantly, will we get anything naughty? I don't think we are going to get anything naughty, atleast not till the last few episodes. I would love to hear Nathan tell Haley how much he loves her and the same with Haley. Nathan is really going to need Haley now that he is going to be living with his father. 3. I know I've asked this before, but what do you think Deb's secret is? An affair? A secret porn career? A crack habit? Something naughtier? I have no idea what Deb's secret could be, I could be 101 million things. But I can't wait to see what it is. Its the WB so of course its going to be scandalous!

Well, Casanova switched girls - deciding complicated is better than easy... The L/B friendship was damaged but I think the friendship will be even stronger in the long run (Brooke will make Peyton suffer though).... Haley is changing her look..Susan, I like your idea that she is more confident because of her relationship with Nathan - she is blossoming in the glow of his love.... Nathan is getting an even more clear vision of how messed up his parents relationship is - Deb's got secrets/Dan will expose her secrets to get what he wants (Nathan).... 2. We have been deprived of N/H scenes for many episodes. "The First Cut Is the Deepest" is the last episode of February sweeps (and until mid-April). Where do we want to leave them? What do we want to happen? And most importantly, will we get anything naughty? [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] We probably won't get naughty but at least some snuggling or sweet kisses...Come on!! 3. I know I've asked this before, but what do you think Deb's secret is? An affair? A secret porn career? A crack habit? Something naughtier? I still believe an affair is too easy and that Dan would not forgive it - his ego is too big for that....I wonder if she at some point influenced his shabby treatment of Lucas and Karen...Nah, that had to be all Dan...I have no clue - but I think she was more hurt that Nathan was going with Dan than she was concerned about her "past" getting out....Just the vibe I got.... First I just wanted to post my AIM sn (I know I'm a little late...oh well) xospacecadetox Feel free to IM me whenever... Nathan's issues - A big part of this boy's issues, IMO, is that the only people who "love" him are Deb, someone who has only recently started to be around daily, and Dan, who used his love almost as blackmail to push Nathan to do well in B-ball... P/B friendship? - I think Peyton will turn to Haley and Brooke will go to Karen, because they've been bonding and thats cute [img]smilies/innocent.gif[/img] Deb/Keith hook-up - I think it would be less about sex, and more about revenge...I think that a k/D hook-up would piss off Dan soo much... Karen/Dan - I think he must have been somewhat nice for Karen to get with him...She doesn't seem the type to get with an ass...I don't know. P & B romance - Hopefully Peyton will look to Jake...I don't know about Brooke though... Karen/Deb friendship - Well, I think that they could try. |
