I rewatched it yesterday and it's a weird episode anyway, because they had different scenes from different ages in it. From 17 to I don't know, 35 maybe in one episode. They changed scenes without any explanation. Especially the last few scenes, when they first sit in Karen's cafe, Brooke feeding her babies and a few minutes later they meet to the game and Nathan, Brooke and Julian waving hands to Logan, the Baker twins and Lydia, all at school-age. Since there is a reference to age 17 my guess is that Jamie is 17 as well in the last scene.

When Jamie was 17 in the last scene after the time jump that means it was the year 2022 when the series ended.

Not from the beginning. But Austin Nichols has a really charming, captivating smile and I slowly fell for that shortly after it was obvious that Julian and Brooke would become a couple.

I didn't like him especially together with Peyton. I don't know why, but it just felt forced. And that they broke up just because he was jealous of a book showed that it wasn't meant to be.

Me too, but it's hard for me to get into rebound relationships plus Peyton was clearly still in love with Luke throughout their relationship. Why did you think they were forced?

That's probably not the right expression. I meant that the storyline felt forced. But it didn't last long anyway to form an opinion.
