I read some pretty harsh and rather ridiculous stuff on twitter about a lot of my favourite actors or artists but as much as I respect everyone's opinion and actually believe that criticism should exist and be accepted with dignity by all the people who perform or write or make their work public, there is a difference between criticism and a plain trolling or desire to say something nasty. The latter isn't something that I think anyone should pay attention to.

This. I don't even pay attention to stuff like this. And when someone is saying only bad (or even good) things about someone's work, I can't even take their 'criticism' seriously. Everyone's biased but there are limits.

True

While, once again, I believe criticism is a good and a very important, even a necessary thing when it comes to art and artists of all kinds, because not only it makes a way for evolation and improvement but every person who reviews someone's work has to have a right to express an opinion about it, when some people believe that criticism are personal attacks or "omg it sux!" kind of statements they really need to think again.
