Dont worry that is not a stupid question you have to get 101 post before the option to put up an icon is enabled in your user CP

sounds like you guys had fun at all the signings. I live in Seattle and wasn't able to go and meet joy. Sounds like she is a very nice person. I hope to plan a trip to North Carolina to see them film when they get a season 6.
