I thought Nathan letting Jamie wonder into the woods in the dark, without even knowing about the fence, was ridic. They're always letting that kid go wherever and they wonder why he gets kidnapped all the damn time.

haha, i just realized that the agency that published dan's book is the same agency that lindsey worked for

rachel mentions it in one of the flashbacks when she is with dan waiting for his heart. that's funny

So here are my thoughts. I've always been sort of neutral towards Julian but I liked him in this episode. He was actually interesting, and I can see how Brooke would like him.

Speaking of Brooke, thank God she had a cute storyline this week, and thank God it involved Haley. BH is great, and the show should take advantage of them more often. I was very happy when Quinn left them alone.

I agree about Quinn being duller than dull. It sucks because Clay is actually cool, but Quinn is so boring. I hated how she said "when Haley was in high school..." Umm, Brooke was there for Haley in junior and senior year of high school. Where were you Quinn?

At this point with the Dan/Rachel storyline, I just wish they would forgive Dan so that Rachel can interact with the group. I miss Brooke/Rachel. I don't really care about Dan anymore. I used to enjoy his evilness, and his search for redemption, but now it's just getting tiring. It's like the storyline that will never die, along with the man that will never die.

My NB heart was pounding so hard when Nathan told Skillz to be quiet.

It's nice to know Nathan still remembers that.

Anyways, overall this episode was much more interesting than previous ones. I even tolerated Jamie since he didn't steal screen time for Nathan and Haley.

I really liked the eppy

Brooke and Haley totally owned it!!

I like the Nathan and Julian thing, they are so polar opposites of each other and they played off each other adorably!! I wish we could get some more Julian/Brooke and Nathan/Haley scenes together!!

Julian PAWNED this episode for me!! He was sooooo freaking cute and adorable!

I must admit that I was thinking I was going to get peeved at the whole stupid B/////////////N sex tape being brought up, but I LOVED how Nathan handled it, he was so nonchalant about it 'get over it, it was eight years ago and I don't remember it' LOVED it! I love how when it does get mentioned how both parties either cringe at it or just shrug and say it 'meant nothing, who cares'!!!

Wanted MORE Naley but that is because Nathan and Haley own my heart

They are so adorable and I can't wait for next week

Loved Jamie coming back into it, although I have enjoyed NH getting more focus on just them lately

Quinn and Clay are dull, dull, dull!!!!!!!!! I am absolutely dreading their newfound relationship to progress

BHQ: Loved them! Good to see the girl’s dynamic, just having fun, chilling out.

HQ: Loved the Taylor reference. The James family is so interesting, I love that Quinn is here and we are getting more insight into Haley's life growing up. I actually really enjoyed Quinn this ep, mostly because she wasn't being all mopey about David.

BH: Loved them. I wish we had gotten more scenes. I was annoyed at the Rachel/Dan scenes that were 1. Boring and 2. Took away from potentially more BH time. The scene with them under the blanket was so adorable. Chatty high!Haley & Paranoid high!Brooke FTW!

Julian/Nathan: I enjoyed their scenes and Julian was funny with his one liners and movie quotes.

Nathan/Jamie: Awww. I love their father/son dynamic.

NH: Only one scene, but it was good. Looking forward to seeing what next week brings.

Sarah/Clay/Quinn: I'm a fan of CS but I hope this is it for Sarah. I'm not a fan of Quinn/Clay happening now, but I watch their scenes, they're ok I guess. Nothing wow, but I don't FF them so that's something.

Their whole attitude is like yeah, whatever LOL. Even Julian didn't seem that jealous/bothered by it. Then it's like, here's my sis-in-law, here's Rachel, here's Dan LMAO. Boy Tree Hill is a small town. These things used to bother me, now I just find it all quite amusing.

So all up I really liked the ep. I could've done without the Dan/Rachel scenes but aside from that a good, solid ep that was mostly filler but we got to see some friendship scenes and some fun after the drama of last week.

But out of the boys/girls ep from the past two seasons, I think there was only one, in S5 when the girls got stuck in the library. I have to say this ep >>>>>>>>>>>>>S5 library ep. Just like the TRIC ep of S7 >>>>>>> TRIC ep of S5. My goodness those two S5 eps were a bore, good to see the writers improving this season.

As always, loving the continued use of outdoor scenes! Keep it up please, makes the show so much more pretty.

I kinda of thought the guys camping was blah too. I couldn't understand why Nathan was being so rude to Julian at first and making all these comments as if being a producer is a lame job or something. Not everyone gets to be an NBA player. I felt sorry for Julian because he was trying real hard to fit in. Plus it wasn't that long ago Nathan was in the same position with trying to fit in with the River court guys. He is only friendly with them because of Haley and Lucas. I really don't foresee Nathan and Julian having that many more scenes together or being best buddies. Clay will be Nathan's go to guy.

And I totally agree with you on Joy. She owned that whole skit! She was adorable and you are so right how she can do comedy and drama.. I am so glad they are allowing her to do more this season.

why the HELL is brooke bonding with HALEY & her random out of the blue sister? i want BRACHEL!!! please. & i would like some brooke/alex scenes too, they need to become besties :o). this show seriously needs alex right now, in my opinion. at least "millie" wasn't in this episode either, can't stand her. lols

p.s. clay is SO cute, he'd be perfect with brooke. of course mark seems to have decided bj are EPICS so no chance of that breaking up

I felt sorry for Julian too because it totally sucks being in that kind of situation where everyone knows everyone and you don’t really know them and you don’t feel comfortable in your surroundings. Nathan could have been nicer, but he also could have been much worse. I understand that he wanted to just chill with his son and mates and not have to worry about the 'new guy' but still, I think Nathan is actually more mature than how they had him act in this episode.

Julian - I’ve been kind of neutral when it comes to Julian but this episode won me over. He was sweet with Jamie and he’s such a cheeseball with his use of movie quotes but he picked ‘Cool Runnings’ as best sports movie ever and for that he gets some major cool points from me. Jamaica we have a bobsled team.

I think the camping scene just felt funny to me without Lucas. It’s not even that I’m a hardcore Lucas fan but seeing Nathan hanging with the Rivercourt guys without Lucas just felt odd to me but I’ll get over it.

Haley/Joy - I'm so glad that we're seeing so much of her this season! I feel so sorry for Lucas/Peyton fans, but as a Haley fan I really really appreciate the amount of screen time she has been getting...although TPTB still manage to waste time on lame characters and storylines, i.e. Dan/Rachel/Quinn/Skillz/Mouth/Jamie/Chuck etc.

The whole Clay thing is starting to piss me off...like let her go dude and be with Quinn! The whole camping thing, I liked that Jamie got his "bravery" badge and PEG-LEG LAURA was freakin' amazing!

The special brownies were also a little immature but whatever it's only a tv show.

i agree about quinn and the whole highschool thing. i think having quinn come in now with it being the 7th season, really doesnt make it feel like she is haleys sister. all through season 1-6, haley didnt ever talk about any of her family. so now it just seems weird have her sister there. although quinn is the worst sister i have ever seen in my life.

as for quinn/clay i will let the smilie do the talking.....
