like was it that Dan had to shoot Keith. And why was it that Keith had to die?! Was it not enough for Jimmy to die, he was troubled enough. I just hated that Jimmy was still being picked on for something he didn't do even after his death

I doubt he did either. On the "Anatomy of an Episode," Mark said he had to do it and don't believe him, especially after all the truth came out last year. I think it would have been better for Keith to have survived the shooting so Dan could really feel the guilt and Keith could place blame to the right person...sooner than it actually happened

I don’t Keith had to die. Their was so much they could have done with him and Karen and they deserved to get a happy ending. Also Lucas deserved to have his father figure around. It might have helped him.
