Going by what Chase said I'm guessing that's what we're meant to think. He obviously makes poor choices when he's on drugs and alcohol. I hope he gets over it because I still think he's been the best guy for Brooke in a long time.

I agree. When Owen is sober, he's a great guy for Brooke, definitely someone who can be there for her no matter what happens. Because he's struggled and knows what it's like on the other side

That's true but it's a shame the writers decided to make him be a bad guy during Brooke's last crisis. It seems to have turned a lot of people against him unfortunately. I just say he's bailed Brooke out a lot already and for a guy she won't give the time of day sometimes, it's no surprise he was getting tired of it at that point and reacted that way. Still though Brooke was really upset and I wish he could have helped her.

I keep thinking of when Owen first came to TH, Brooke sort of had to change her ways and prove to Owen that she wasn't the bad girl that she used to be. Seems they're doing the same thing with Owen. He has to prove, in a much bigger way, that he's not a bad guy.

That's a very good comparison.. but I think Brooke gave him a much harder time, and I can't blame him for pretty much giving up because it was degrading and embarassing to him.

I also think it sucks, because he needs Brooke's help right now, and the way they're making it look.. it won't be that way.
It's such a shame.

It seems the show is all pro Julian/Brooke for now, so I guess we'll just have to see where they take it. Brooke's reaction to Owen/Milli will be interesting though. It'll be good to see if she shows her feelings then.
