Tree Hill is supposed to be in North Carolina, right around Wilmington, actually. New Brunswick is the county Wilmington is in, and Lucas mentioned Wrightsville Beach in an episode, which is in Wilmington.

*buzzes Roxy* Wrong! Wilmington is in New Hanover County, though you wouldn't particularly know it because New Hanover county is pretty much Wilmington. You go more than 15 minutes in any direction and you either hit water or a new county. Brunswick county is to the south of Wilmington. Wrightsville Beach however is in New Hanover, but still only like 30 minutes away....... unless it's rush hour, then you need to bring a book and snacks, because you could be there 2 hours. Yes, it's that bad. Though not as bad as traffic I experianced once... when I was in Daytona and was going from Daytona to Disney World, well it was the day of the Daytona 500, and we were hurrying to get out of town before the race let out, but we got stuck in traffic on the way out, and we were RIGHT in front of the track when the race got over. It was HORRIBLE. It took us 4 hours to go from Daytona to Disney, which is like 40 miles. Okay back on topic.

I don't care that Tim is the only one with a heavy southern accent.

Heh. I just remembered that the county began with a New, so I assumed it was also New Brunswick. But it's good to know they are close. It's kind of funny that they set Tree Hill so close to Wilmington.

ok, i just finished watching one tree hill on easyview sunday and finally noticed the accent! thanks for filling me in on where new brunswick actually was, i knew of new brunswick, canada cause my dad is from nova scotia, which is close to it.
