Peyton can't carry full-term, so she'll die giving birth to her child. But, they haven't stated the actual issue itself. It's quite a morbid twist for them and the show, to be honest.
The beginning with Brooke/Julian - cracked me up!  And Jamie's line about watching Gossip Girl  __________________
