[Episode Discussion] 3x12 - "I've Got Dreams To Remember"
SYNOPSIS: When a guidance counselor challenges the students of Tree Hill to consider their futures, Nathan and Lucas feel pressured to impress an important basketball scout. Mouth gets caught between Brooke and Rachel, Peyton and Ellie grow closer while finalizing their CD, and Dan tells Haley that Nathan paid Chris Keller to come back into her life.

I loved the scenes between Ellie and Peyton. It was great to see them working on a CD together. So Peyton had the chance to learning more about her mother.

Ellie and Peyton can say it was a just a business arrangement but it was anything but.
Then Nathan talking about his dream of playing basketball with Duke and playing professional basketball...all getting away from Dan in the process. But the process was all Dan's doing __________________

Yeah Dan only wanted a great career for Nathan. He just wanted for him something, what he didn't have.
Without Dan ' s Support I think, Nathan didn't make it to the NBA. __________________

Dan helped Nathan a lot in achieving his basketball dreams but he also hurt Nathan a lot in doing those same things.

I loved the way those scenes in the beginning were shot and edited. Going back and forth between the guidance counselor and Keith in prison.
