Let me start by saying that Mouth is totally my new husband. I loved him before, but after tonight... Mouth is mah boy. I *heart* Mouth.

Tim just cracks me up. Figures the first time he gets everyone in a strip club that it'd be ladies night.

Brooke is my girl. I love her. Loved Peyton too.

Lucas kind of pissed me off in this episode though. He and Haley are obviously drifting apart, but that doesn't mean he has to be rude to her. He was a hypocrite, and Haley thankfully called him on it. Both girls he's been interested in have been cheerleaders. Haley was just helping some people out, and considering it meant she had to work all night to learn choreography, that was pretty damn nice of her. And she's just having fun...trying something new. How is that any different from how she's been?

Nathan was right. The supposed change Lucas is seeing Haley isn't there. The only change I actually see in her is that she seems even happier than she before. Any problem Lucas has with her is his problem, not Nathan's. Lucas is just going to have to learn to deal with Nathan as part of her life.

Lucas' comment was just way out of line. But I'm glad Haley and Lucas seem to be getting their friendship back.

I also really hope Peyton will continue to prove to Brooke that she's her friend. I want their friendship back. I always loved it.

Also loving Whitey.

Hmm. I didn't seem to find this episode quite as hilarious as everyone else did, but that's okay. I found it kind of sad, actually; I ended up feeling bad for virtually every character by the end of the ep.

First of all, I didn't think Lucas was all that bad in this episode. I had been ready to strangle him after TFCITD, but I really felt bad for him when Haley decided to ride with Nathan. I also really liked the way the Lucas/Haley friendship was paralleled to the Peyton/Brooke one.

Hilarious: Ladies night at the strip club; the looks on all the guy's faces were priceless. Also, Mouth doing his little rendition of the Bear Creek's cheer. I'm impressed he seemed to have the whole thing memorized.

Oh my God, they used a mix of "Kung Fu Fighting" for their routine! I used to LOVE that song back in 4th or 5th grade when I was obsessed with martial arts movies. Actually, I still love it; I just haven't heard it in a long time. Ahh, the memories.

Well, a lot of N/H scenes in this episode. They were a bit of a disappointment, but I'm such a huge N/H fan that it didn't really matter. I loved all their scenes regardless. Nathan was starting to annoy me again throughout the episode, but then I saw him in those final scenes, without his parents there and in his empty, empty apartment, and I felt so bad for him that I forgave him.

Then Brooke, tearing up that picture with her, Peyton, and Lucas. I'm really starting to like Brooke, so that was esp. hard for me to watch. Something about people tearing up photographs has always freaked me out anyway. I also completely relate to what Brooke said to Karen about putting all your energy into something and trying to be perfect so you can temporarily forget about everything else--but when it's over, the problems are still there.

100 years. Ever since I first heard this song, I hoped they would use it on the show because the lyrics fit. Unfortunately, it didn't fit at all where they stuck it. Excellent music choreography is what first made me fall in love with this show, but (with the exception of Joie singing "Elsewhere," that was very well done) it's been lacking lately.

Love the return of Larry Sawyer. I hope he'll be around more from now on, although this whole Karen/Keith/Larry triangle doesn't really interest me. He's probably my favorite of all the parents, not counting Dan, of course; nobody could begin to compare with him. And yes, the Keith/Lucas similarities are getting quite obvious.

Jayton! I am liking this pair more and more every episode.

They really just should have made Haley a good dancer. I wouldn't have been surprised; in fact, I would have expected it. Most people who have talent in one art (in her case, singing) also have talent in other arts. If she were such a klutz as she claimed, there is no way she could have perfected that routine in just one night. Or maybe she was just being modest. Who knows.

All in all, a decent episode. I would rank it somewhere in the middle of all the episodes so far.
+ Susan
I didn't realize this was a sad occasion.

In my mind, I would like to believe that Jake opened up the door to Peyton and Brooke's room, and he gave Peyton a little wink, to which Peyton crawled out of her bed and went on into Jake's room for a bit of making out with Jakey!

Last night episode was refreshing after all the darma from the last few episodes.

The boys expressions at the strip club was just classic. I love how they kept sheilding their eyes and trying to avoid the strippers. Another great scene is when Jake did his prono music as he open the adjoining door. I love how Mouth did his little routine and how he ended up with all the cheerleaders in the hot tub in the end.

Mouth was too cute as he was dancing in the stands when the girls started their routine. And whats interesting is they had a character named Bevin, which happens to be my sister name. Her name is uncommon so I was surpise to hear it, I actually rewound it to make sure I heard right. When I told her about it she lol.

What really bug me about this episode was this. When Haley taps Lucas on his shoulder he calls out in pain, but thoughtout the entire episode he carry his heavy bag on his bad shoulder. I know its a show, but you would think that it wouldn't be that hard to switch to the other shoulder.

Whitey: I love how evily-happy Whitey look as he put Nathan and Lucas together in the same room. And how funny watching Whitey yelling at Karen and Larry and then how they burst out laughing.

Peyton and Brooke: It was good to see them being friends again. My heart broke for Brooke as she tore up the picture in the end. And it was good to see how happy she was to recieve the award over the bear captin. It was nice to watch Brooke kick Tim's ass. Brooke and Karen's talk was sweet, it was good to see Brooke has somewhat of a mother figure to talk to. She looks so unhappy and so lonely in that room eating that ice cream. Best Brooke line "We just going to find her room and pull a Tonya Harding and just hit her in the knee with a big stick."

Haley: I thought it was nice to see what Haley would look like as a cheerleader. Some of my favorite lines... "I give her a jazz finger"
"Down Boy!"
"I almost drowned in the ball pit at Chuckie Cheses."
I enjoy watching Haley tell off Lucas, he was being a little prissy boy. It was adorable how she ran right past Lucas into Nathan's waiting arms.

Nathan: Is such a cutie, he grown so much; I would date him over Tim any day. The old Nathan would probably had not listen to Lucas and cost the Ravens the game. But the new Nathan accepts adivce and uses it when its needed. Unlike Lucas, Nathan was so suporative of Haley, she was just helping out a friend. She has only change a little over the season, but that was happen when you grow up. Nathan has repeatlly said that he doesn't want Haley to change, he likes her just the way she is. I wanted to run up and give Nathan a hug when he watch everyone leave with their parents. He looks so miserable when he arived at his apartment all by hiself. James is so good at playing Nathan so vulnerable sweetheart, while making him a total bad boy at the same time.

Lucas:I think the change Lucas was refering to, was that Haley is dating Nathan. So in prissy Lucas eyes suddenly she a different person. It was good to see Nathan act like the grown up "older brother" and Lucas be the imature "younger brother." It was good that Lucas was a little more easy to stomach and it was nice that he took Nathan's adivce.

Jake: Is the most adorable boy on this show. He funny, sweet, and he actually wise for his age. I hope Nikki doesn't steal Jenny from him, he such a good father. I'm looking forward to seeing how Jake reacts when he finds out that Nikki slept with Lucas. Peyton and him are such a good couple, they actually have chemistry together unlike Peyton and Lucas. Plus Jake is able to respect why Haley is with Nathan unlike stupid Lucas. If Peyton won't date Jake, I will be happy too.
Ivan Checkov: I am Ivan Checkov, and you will be closing now.
Murphy: Checkov? Well, this here's McCoy. We find a Spock, we got us an away team.

One thing that bothered me last night was how they showed the Jake/Nikki ending on the "Previously on One Tree Hill..." thing, yet we never got to know what happened with that... Hmmmm...

But yeah, everything else was pretty good.

It was nice to see a throwback to the Lucas/Nathan, Lucas/Haley, Brooke/Peyton relationships.

And loved the parts Mouth and Tim had (Tim getting them into Ladies Night cracked me up so much), as well as Jake and his porno music. Heh. As the weeks pass by, the Jake lovin' just keeps going up. I actually don't mind him with Peyton (who I normally don't really like that much), but I'm just hoping that they put him in the opening credits next season...

Still felt bad for Brooke, but I liked how realistic they've made her friendship with Peyton become. It was nice to see her put aside their differences for the weekend, but she came back to reality once they got back. It's hard to forgive a best friend for something like that...

Next week looks interesting. Still wish CMM would be stripping too... *sigh*

A little late with my comments but whatever...

Tim: Cutest. Smile. Ever. He really needs to be in more scenes. He's so adorable.

Lucas/Haley: I didn't know he had a non-assy side. Shocking. Right up until the ridiculous comment, I thought he was handling NH really well. Walking in on your best friend kissing someone you really don't like is uncomfortable, and I don't think there was any other way for him to react. And the way he and Haley talked the situation out at the end was, I think, the first time they've talked all season on even ground. It was a very mature resolution to their storyline for the ep.

The ridiculous comment came out of left field to me, though. She should have kicked him. But luckily, her pretty boyfriend was there to call him on his stupid crap.

Karen/Larry: If she doesn't do him, I will. Larry is lovely.

Lucas/Nathan: Two hot boys arguing? Yeah, that's quality tv right there. The first basketball scene, Nathan telling Lucas he should have changed his name, the TV thing, the dick thing. I love their dynamic when they don't get along.

The rest of their scenes, though, with the Nathan talking to Lucas about Dan, then pointing to him after he made the fade away shot, and their little convo at the end, yeah, that didn't work for me. The dick conversation was enjoyable... because somebody needed to finally tell Lucas he's a dick, but I don't think that's enough for them to suddenly be nice to each other and for Nathan to admit that he wants Lucas back on the team. There was just a huge shift in their relationship this episode, and I didn't feel like there was the foundation for it.

Peyton/Brooke: Generally, I like Peyton, but I just wanted Brooke to smack the crap out of her this ep. In OTH time, it's been like three weeks since Brooke found out about LP, and Peyton needs to give her a little space. She did the worst thing a friend could do, and she acts like Brooke owes her something, and Brooke doesn't owe her crap. That little line she said at the beginning about how she didn't know that Brooke was forgiving at all was absolute *****. What could Peyton have possibly done in three weeks to warrent any kind of forgiveness for doing something that most friendships, no matter how strong, would never bounce back from? I just dispise the entire way that Peyton is approaching trying to heal their relationship. It's almost worse than watching the actual cheating other than the fact that Bitchy!Brooke is hot.

i'm not sure but i think at the gym scene with nathan and lucas talking about dan, i think nathan refers to dan as "dad" instead of "my dad" like he has in the past. it would be interesting if he said that, it shows that nathan understands dan is now equal to both of them, they both agree on their feelings about him. if anyone has more info on this please write back. i really want to know for sure.

I think I am the only one who wants Haley to be with Lucas. (Well maybe not the only one)
But honestly, I think they would be great together.

First, who was the lady in the coffee shop with Karen?

Second, I was a cheerleader too and I hate to say it but aside from Brooke (was Sophia a cheerleader in school?) all those Raven girls were pretty pathetic. They should have rehearsed or at least edited that scene better, 'cause the routine really looked sloppy.

Third, what in the blue hell kind of bad '80's outfit was Keith trying to pull off in that basketball scene? I used to hope for a Karen/Keith connection, but I can't believe she'd ever be able to get hot for a guy in an outfit like that. It looks like something someone would wear as a joke for halloween.

Fourth, I don't think Nathan would have turned off a Tar Heels game, even if it was just to piss off Lucas. Even though his Dad was a Heel, and he might be pissed at his dad, if you're a Tar Heel family in NC, it's like a religion. Nathan and Lucas would bond on that if on nothing else.

I can't forget that Brooke scene at the end. Sophia delivers again!

I was glad to see more Nathan and Lucus interaction. I always love their scenes together.

Loved seeing Nathan and Haley being couply again. They are so cute.

Brooke rocks and I felt so sorry for her at the end of the episode.

There were so many great moments in this episode that I couldn't possibly mention them all. This may be my favorite episode so far.

Hey guys. This is my opinion so please don't get mad. I liked tuesday's eppy but why do ya'll like hating in Luke too much?? Sure he's made many mistakes but he is human . Plus most say how great Nathan is and whateva but he was a jerk to Luke at the beginning of the eppy. Why can you forgive nathan but not Luke?? That just doesn't make any sense to me. I am a huge Haley fan but I never thought i would say this but she pissed me off in this eppy. I have to side with luke on this one. First who invited Haley to the tournament? Luke did and he saved her a seat and she ditched him for nathan, then she's supposed to go eat with him and again instead of going after him she goes with nathan. What kind of best friend does that?? Sure she wants to spend time with her boyfriend I understand but she shouldn't forget that boyfriend's/girlfriend's come and go but true friends don't. The comment Luke made was harsh but he was going to explain soem more and she just left plus hey he does know her better than anyone and Haley has been a sort of anticheerleader. Then when luke tried talking to her she ran past him ignoring him and straight to nathan that was mean. Then when they talked and she said she didn't spend any more time than he did with brooke was out of line cuz she was too busy with nathan anyway to even notice. Nathan trying to give advice to luke on not making haley feel bad was out of line to cuz who is he to talk he treated peyton like dirt when he was with her. Overall I'm glad L/H made up cuz I love their friendship hope to get more scenes with them.
