The night of Dan and Deb's annual basketball appreciation party stirs up old wounds and new feelings as Karen makes a new friend, Keith faces off with his younger brother once again and Lucas finally makes his move on Peyton. Also, Haley and Nathan grow closer until Brooke spreads a vicious rumor that leaves Haley devastated.

1x07, holy crap, one of my favorite episodes everrrrrr


i loved almost everything about it.

the LP stuff was amazing. loved NH too, too bad Brooke had to ruin it.

Brooke was pretty ruthless this episode, though i loved her small scene with jake.

I found the NP scenes cute too and i loved all the deb/karen interaction, that was nice to see their friendship growing.

my favorite episode for Lucas and Peyton that year. That CODA, that song by Train, i always remember that scene of Nathan walking into his bedroom and finding Brooke passed out on the floor. Not the best scene for character development, but that episode really embodied what One Tree Hill was that season.

Everyone's connected in some way but it's hard to find out why and how to deal with it when it happens.

Haley has feelings for Nathan. I'm glad Lucas didn't blow up on her like I thought he would have.

Brooke and Tim.

Peyton and Lucas' first kiss, but poor Peyton being "dared" to kiss him.

Brooke was quite the biatch in this episode. TO EVERYONE.

Lucas make out scene was Peyton. Although I love them, felt it was a bit too early for all that. And Peyton ended up feeling that too it seems.

i loveqdddd the "caw!" conversation, that was so funny. you never got scenes like that in the later seasons really, it felt so real.
