See, look at Peyton in obvious jealous fashion making a remark about Brooke hiding in Lucas' backseat again. Peyton is totally jealous, Brooke knows it too. So for anyone to say that Brooke had no idea what Peyton feels for Lucas when she sleeps with him in that upcoming episode I will disagree with forever. She knows! Peyton has made it beyond obvious and Brooke tells her more than once she's jealous. Brooke knows but it won't stop her. The end.

Tim's accent is so NC there. LOL In all actuality, that's how they all should sound... the only ones who act like they are from NC are: Whitey, Tim, Peyton (has a very cute southern sound), and Keith sometimes. Otherwise, they all sound like they live elsewhere.

I love how Brooke doesn't understand Peyton's art, neither does Nathan but guess who does? That would be Lucas.

I love how Peyton warns Haley about Nathan. Heart of gold.

Oh Haley, Peyton just got finished telling you to be careful with Nathan and then you attempt to defend him to Lucas. No, just no, not right now.

Joy and James have a great chemistry.

Lucas was so scared it was Peyton who crashed her car.

Nathan sucks so much for doing that to her car and then abandoning it. Wow.

Peyton's car though and Lucas go together so of course he'd take care of it.

I love the Lucas and Karen talk. She is right, if she would have accepted money from Dan his gross ways would have attempted to rub off on Lucas. Or if he would have given a lump of money, he still would have found a way to own the situation. They were way better off without Dan anywhere near them.

I love that Keith called Deb!

Dan punishing Nathan for Lucas getting a good shot is obvious psychological abuse. It is unreal that no one picks up on it.

Brooke unknowingly trashing Peyton's talent. For a best friend she sure doesn't know much about her.

See, Deb seems to care about how Nathan is emotionally but she's never there to actually support him emotionally and it sucks because she could be a good parent if she didn't let Dan stop her, and Nathan needed that.

They are literally making Brooke out to be some sex-crazed joke at this point.

Haley/Peyton, the beginning And Peyton wants Haley to teach Nathan not to be a jackass... and she does

Haley is trying to say Lucas is misunderstanding Nathan but at this point he can't be. They do need to talk but I don't think her seeing the best in everyone was helpful at this point.

Did Lucas just connect Peyton drinking to Nathan treating her badly?! Ouch. Harsh. Probably true.

Playing this video was low. Real low. And other than Lucas, Peyton seems to be the only one not laughing.

Nathan just doesn't understand loyalty and true friendship. That's why he doesn't understand why Haley won't do something just to hurt Lucas.

Deb walks in after a long absence and immediately sees that there is an issue with Nathan, something that Dan has failed to spot the whole time, and her pretty much saying that if she knew how Nathan would turn out she would never have left him with Dan says everything!

Brooke had a point with saying that Peyton/Nathan is reminiscent of Karen/Dan. A woman allowing herself to be treated like crap by a man.

Poor Haley doesn't realise that at this point she's just a pawn in Nathan's game.

Is Nathan not acknowledging that Haley could easily say he was driving it to take her home?

Karen/Deb, the beginning. There was so much opportunity starting here to parallel friendship moments between Peyton/Haley and Karen/Deb and I hate that they didn't.

Lucas really should have stayed home. I think he could have saved himself some grief… Haley is already defending Nathan, which I can’t stand.

Oh crap a throwback video. Why did Dan save that video? Weird. Nathan, stop being a jerk. Peyton is not amused. Which is good. It makes me like her more. It is so sad the way Dan treated Karen. I think that kind of thing does happen. But seriously, Dan you couldn’t figure out how to use a condom? And why is that video so accessible? Do they watch it often?

Haley should punch Nate in the face for what happened. I wish she would have stuck up for her friend a little more. Nathan really is behaving poorly. The car scene was at least a bit of honesty out of Nathan. If he was that worried about his grades, maybe he should be home studying.
She fell for it again… Meh. I think he is running game still. I also think he is freaked out about getting trapped in Tree Hill. I did like Haley trying to talk some sense into Luke about letting things go. It’s just mentally healthier in a lot of ways. But it is way more fun to punch someone in the face.

Deb/Dan – They are not a very strong couple. She feels shut out of the family? Deb is laying down the law. I like early Deb. I am surprised that they didn’t implode sooner. Dan treats everyone poorly. I am glad she isn’t okay with Nathan’s behavior. Nathan crashed Peyton’s car and walks away? He was going to blame her? Entitled much? Again very unlikable early season one. Luke is going to fix it. Keith to the rescue. Still not sure why they just didn’t call the cops then.

Deb/Karen – I like these two. I love that Deb reached out. Brooke/Peyton – Peyton worried about turning out like them is so typical. I guess I kind of see the parallels. Deb reaching out was kind. Still can’t believe neither moved out of the town.
Nathan/Peyton – Him lying about her car was pretty trashy. He should have confessed. It’s not like she doesn’t know what happened. Again like Nathan you couldn’t call Tim ahead of time to let him know about the lie? Sloppy, sloppy…

Karen/Lucas – I think her perspective. She made a decision. I like that she is happy Dan wasn’t around for Lucas. He wouldn’t have turned out the way he did.

I loved Deb schooling Dan about the hit and run.. Dan getting angry at her was gross… Deb saying she was sticking around made Dan look unhappy is not a good sign.

Try not to kill each other girls . Keith that was a good line.

Lucas and Nathan – Lucas warning Nathan off Haley was not good, he should have just talked to Haley. Haley should have just be honest with Luke.

Peyton is dumping Nathan.. Yay! About time.. Good for her. They don’t have the best effects on each other.

This music – I haven’t heard this stuff in forever.

Haley/Lucas – just be friends. Knock it off. Just be honest Haley. Drops the mic.. er I mean hat. Why lie Haley?
