I hope Newport sinks and becomes Atlantis.

Clown porn? I absolutely died laughing. Kaitlin has been the best developed character this season. I am going to miss the Julie/Kaitlin dynamics. And the red wig? I was rolling.

Wow, the ending was amazing. Thoes were some seriously scary scenes. Kudos to the special effects people.

Ryan/Taylor are just so pretty together. Best part? Ryan's smile when Taylor was listing all she's done to seduce Ryan and to get him to admit his feelings.

I thought this episode was AMAZING. It was the hardest I think I've ever cried watching an OC ep, and I've cried a few times.

For some reason as soon as the earthquake started I started bawling, and I have no idea why. I looove natural disasters, and I think they bring out just how must you care about someone, and the show displayed that beautifully, in my opinion.

Everthing else about the episode, I loved too. Even S/S (YAY) were better in this episode, but I still think they had the weakest storyline.

Also, yay for Julie's decision, and cute Ryan/Kaitlin moment. =) Kirsten and the psycho-preggies were quite funny and over the top.

Ryan and Taylor were awesome, , especially right before the earthquake, it was amazing.

I really need to watch those last 2 minutes over, I thought they were pretty powerful.

I'll admit, while I haven't enjoyed this season much... this episode was one of the better ones. I did like Julie/Kaitlin's scenes, surprisingly cause i've never been a huge kaitlin fan.
The earthquake was kinda scary, but looking at the scenes for next week, they're making it sound like one of the characters is slipping away and I hope to god it's not any of the original characters. I think they mean the baby though.
I also really liked the song playing as the earthquake hit.
What i definitley did not like was Ryan deciding he loved Taylor- I just don't see the chemistry in there relationship and I think he got over his soulmate too quickly. It saddened me to hear him say that to her.

OMG!!!! Nobody better die just cause the show is coming to an end! They did that with DC and it killed me. And Kirsten better not lose the baby. I loved that both Seth/Summer and Ryan/Taylor were together in each others arms when it happened. And Ryan finally told Taylor that he loved her!! Okay yes he did regret it later and take it back but that's just cause guys freak out when things get too serious. And it's realistic for Ryan. The only other person he ever said that too died. And she said "thank you". Plus everyone has always left him. But I loved how he apologized and said he meant it and gave her the real gift which was so sweet by the way! And I love how Summer got Seth to realise what he wants to do with his life. It was sad that he had to tape her telling his mom she was worried about him but in the end he discovered he would love to be a film critic. And again Taylor is just the best thing about this show. Her paranoia and freaking out is the cutest thing. It's sad how she had never had a party before and how she spends it watching Sixteen Candles and talking to a hotline. Also thank you to Julie for finally picking her daughter over a man. Kaitlin was out of line with what she did but she always just wants attention and to spend time with her mom. Anway I can't wait to see the aftermath of the disaster next week. I can't believe they left it that way and that there is only 2 episodes left! NOOOOOOO! *bawls*

The Kaitlin/Julie scene was amazing! Finally Willa flat-out impresses me. - Overall this was a great episode with a few rough spots. But compared to last week I won't complain too much. Plus, I love how Ryan and Taylor can be natural and funny and still in the end come to real and honest closure.

I finally saw it!

But how mean is that cliffhanger?

All I can say is wow. And maybe I'm just saying that because the last few minutes were SO intense, but it was great. I felt really touched a few times during the episode.

Ryan and Taylor are just awesome. I melted when Ryan stroked the hair out of her face when she was drunk, and I loved it even more when he told her he loved her and he didn't want to lose her the second time. And I was so sad and felt for Taylor so much when he gave her the dictionary for her birthday. It was not only hurting her, but it was also kind of humiliating, because everyone kind of knew that Ryan would do something romantic. But he redeemed at the end of the episode. VERY MUCH.

Summer was so cute when Taylor told her that she was so wise and she pointed to her head and said "it's all up in here". But it really bugged me this episode that Summer is so focused on everyone figuring their lives out. I mean she and Seth are only 18, there's still some time to figure out what they want to do. Of course it's very good to want to do something you're passionate about, but it's HARD to find something that enables you to make a living. Other than that, she made me want to hug her all the time, because she's cute, funny and loveable. And, of course, my baby

And Seth: 6 hours in the pool? I love you

I laughed so much during the Kirsten scenes. When she went to that prenatal yoga class and when Sandy and her had dinner with Spitz and his wife. I absolutely loved the Newpsie-stereotypes they were playing with and making fun of. It was kind of important to have such a fun element in the episode.

Most of the time, Kaitlin and her issues don't touch me, and they didn't this episode until she told Julie what really bugged her. At that moment, I totally felt for her. She's really had a rough year, and it was nice to have some acutal feelings from her side.

And then: the earthquake. I was really excited when I found out that there was going to be an earthquake. And it was just so touching to see how everyone protected their ladies/children. Unfortunately, the scenes were very dark here on my computer. I can't say anything more except that it really touched me.

And last but not least: I hate the trailer people. They make me want to watch the next episode RIGHT NOW. And I know I can't and that's driving me kind of crazy.

All in all, I think this episode was a great start for the final arc.

I loved the episode so much. I can't put it into words right now, but that was just good.

The RT situation felt organic and natural for them.

The whole situation with Spitz's wife was funny (along with the stuff with Holly from earlier.)

Kaitlin taking charge and trying to get her happy ending made me cry a bit. The clown porn was a nice touch.

Anyone want to guess the magnitude of th earthquake? I'm thinking 6.8 or 6.9, but I could be totally off.

I've just seen the ending, and wow...what an amazing cliffhanger. Cruel to viewers, but good!
I loved how the couples were all together, and Ryan,Seth and Sandy were protecting their ladies....

Next weeks looks pretty good. I am such a sucker for spoilers...but it's worth it really...I think that ending scene is just soo good. I wanna watch it again!

I loved this episode. The Ryan/Taylor stuff was adorable, she was so funny when she was drunk and seriously I was melting when he said he meant what he'd said and he loved her. Guh.

The Seth/Summer stuff was better - I thought it was nice how Summer thought Seth was lost and wanted to change that and find him something he really cared about. Summer generally was awesome in this episode - loved her scenes with Ryan and Taylor.

And Kaitlin and the clown porn. Hehe. I really liked the end scenes with her and Julie they were really sweet.

And the ending was scary. Can't wait for next week!

Loved this episode. In a sense it was as if they're all sort of finally moving on after Marissa, since a lot of their issues has to do with her death. I mean, everyone Ryan's said he loves has disappeared somehow (his mother, father, Trey, Marissa), and it's natural that he'd be afraid to tell Taylor that (again, those two are a genius pairing).

Summer needing to know that they're gonna be ok. Everything was so thrown up and she feels that she's found something that's gonna drive her, and the man she loves didn't. Loved her. And "It's all up here" - genius!

Kaitlin feeling as if she was losing her mother to Frank is understandable, and IMO why she just grew so attached to Bullit. Bullit included her in everything, he made fun with and of her, and included her in his life and wasen't afraid to spend time alone with her (I love Bullit, he BETTER be back for the finale - if not for Julie then for baby Coop). Frank just occupied the time Kaitlin could've had with Julie. And Willa's really improved from season 3.

Kirsten and the "Six Pack Pack"... so funny. Poor Kiki.

2 dramatic last minutes and I couldn't belive it when it just faded to black!
