It's almost like if something did happen between the writers and Mischa, they really went out of their way to handle everything about Marissa so poorly.

I do think that there were issues between the writers/producers & Mischa & that they took that out on Marissa to an extent

It's hard to say what a s5 would look like, because s4 would have ended differently if they had got one - we probably would have been looking at a time jump

Depends on how they left them behind really, since I always felt that OTH handled that move poorly.

Honestly, I probably wouldn't have minded seeing the adults still later on time to time, just to show us they're still there.

I think they would have worked in a guest star capacity, but I'd only want them to support the younger cast's storylines, not getting their own. The more drama Sandy & Kirsten had in their marriage, the harder it was to like them

Plus, I was bored of Julie's endless stream of men too...
