Nooo. Stupid people! Why are they getting rid of a character people actually like? Get rid of Marissa, it's not like her storyline is actually creative. Marissa gets in trouble, Ryan saves her again and again.

I don't think Rachel is lead. Just look at less sceen time Rachel gets compared to Mischa. Also Summer's in the B/C plots while Marissa has always been the A plot.

I think the writers dug themselves in a hole when they wrote Luke as one of the gang's friends. When they did that, the character just went downhill from there. The character had potential but they chose to write him into a stupid plot.
