I'm trying to simultaneously study and work on a Ryan/Summer fic at the same time. And then I ended up coming on FF.
You? I miss the hot Atwood brothers. __________________

OMG, me too! Regardless of who wins in the end, I always watch their ending montages because they're always soooo beautiful. But this one was obviously heartbreaking. On a side note, I'm sooo happy they won tonight. |

You're welcome. I never get to watch the Canucks play because their games come on at like 10 PM here! And you're right, their tributes are always amazing!
That Trey/Ryan gif scares me! It looks like they're trying to suffocate each other. |

Sam, are you talking about the gif I posted where they are fighting?

For The First Time, an o.c. fanfic - FanFiction.Net I'll probably post the next chapter on Tuesday. Remember, it's based on the song For The First Time by The Script. __________________

Yeah, I was surprised at how violent that fight got between them. Especially when Trey sort of took over and was actually suffocating Ryan. It was like he couldn't stop himself.

Oh gosh, I totally agree. I don't think either of them were thinking clearly and towards the end, it really did seem like Trey was going to kill his little brother.
One thing I never got though is... Ryan was kneeing him pretty hard and seemed to have the upper hand at first so how exactly did Trey end up clobbering him and almost killing him? I guess poor Ry tires easily. I can't say Ryan was in the right for tackling Trey because I don't think Trey was actually going to shoot him with the gun, but I can see why Ryan wanted to fight him (he lied to him numerous times and even swore on their mom and of course sexually assaulted his girlfriend) so I suppose he holds less blame for what went down than Trey though I think they were both wrong. __________________

Totally! I was wondering the same thing.
And it's funny because when Ryan initially came to confront him it really looked like Trey was **** scared of his little brother! But yeah, both of them were out of it. |

It did look like Trey was scared of his little brother. It must be that look Ryan gets in his eyes (or Ben I guess since he's the actor). You know what look I mean? If looks could kill... that'd be it right there.
They looked like two angry samurai fighting for the death. That fight was brutal. That being said, it's one of the most realistic looking fights I've seen on a teen soap so congrats to Ben and Logan for that one. __________________

Yep. Ben definitely has that look. And I agree, the fight was very realistic, especially the part where Trey is unable to stop. I think that sort of thing (when your blinded by rage) happens in real life.

Oh, sadly that definitely happens in real life. Actually I think a lot of homicides result from situations like this. The person didn't intend to actually kill initially, but their rage just took over and their thinking was muffled by drugs in their system and they just lose all control and end up killing the other person as a result.

Yeah, that's very true.
I'm glad they didn't kill Trey though. That would have been horrible. |

I'm glad they didn't kill Trey as well. I knew Trey wouldn't kill Ryan because... well Ryan is the most important character on the show really, and if he dies the show is over, lol. But Trey dying would have been devastating, although I wish they would have handled the S3 aftermath so much better and shown us what Ryan was going through after Trey left instead of dwelling on just what Marissa was going through.
Do you think Ryan would have been able to forgive Marissa if Trey died? On the one hand, she would have "saved" his life but on the other hand, in his mind it may have been that she took away the one member of his family he had left. __________________

I think he would've had such a tough time if Trey had actually died. I don't think he would have blamed Marissa because he's just not that kind of person in my opinion. I mean, couldn't Marissa have shot him in the leg?
I think it probably would have been the end of them though. |
