I think its cool to post since its already aired East Coast but if you don't want to know what happened on Top Model don't read further.

Shandi cheats on her boyfriend. Then she breaks down and cries about she finally had someone who believed in her and she just messed it up. I feel bad, her boyfriend isn't hot at all but all the things she has said about him before make him sound like the only person who has ever supported her.
