Just seen the preview for Season 4 - surprisingly excited!

Didn't know what to expect in the aftermath of the creator's departure, but I'm happy that DJ and Steve appear to be going strong. It's no less than they deserve. They were robbed of a happy ending the first time around, so I hope they get it this time

Scott and Candace ship it as much as, if not more than, anyone.

The show's creator Jeff Franklin (who was sadly fired recently) said that a huge reason why he wanted to reboot Full House was because he hated how things ended for DJ/Steve and Danny/Vicky in Season 7. He wasn't working on the show at that point, and he felt the writing betrayed both couples who deserved better.

I was a young girl when the original Full House aired and I always loved Steve and DJ. I hope they get their happy ending because they deserve it for sure.
