, but it seems Alaric has a daylight bracelet (from the above picture) and I don't know who the hell would have made him one...unless they bullied Luke/Liv into it.

Isn't Alaric the same as an Original, though? I thought Originals didn't need daylight jewelry.

No he was burning in the sun when he went crazy at the school and kidnapped Caroline. He just won't die in the sun. Same as the Originals. They have rings too

. If you remember Rebekah telling the story of her family in S3 she was burned by the sun and then said that her mother made them rings so they could walk in the sun without issue...I have a sad memory when it comes to this show

? He wasn't given a daylight anything when he turned so when he attacked Caroline in broad daylight and dragged her body back into the school he was starting to burn up. I'm guessing now he has a daylight bracelet.

ohhhh so he's a vamp now? thanks. The last TVD epi I've watched was the 100th episode I think...or maybe the one with SE...5x18.
