- According to E!, both William van der Woodsen and Jack Bass will return later in the season.
- At the moment the DB storyline will only be about helping Serena but what lies ahead is unclear.
- Penn reports GG will add another marriage into the mix.

- There will be a DB-related cliffhanger in episode 4.17.
- Chuck and Blair are not now, and basically never will be, over.

- Leighton Meester has hinted that the Prince will return for Blair.
- Not to mention the following: The impact about Chuck's shooting and questions about his health will last all season; Blair will be discovering her major; Dorota's baby will create some conflict with the Waldorfs, probably because Eleanor gets too attached; Billy Baldwin should be back in the second half of the season.
- According to TV Guide, Connor Paolo will have more screentime next season to make up for the absence of Jenny. Boyfriend will be involved.

I would actually really like to see Dan develop feelings for Blair. I just want to see his "feelings" come to a crashing halt when Blair tells him that she will never feel that way about a Humphrey and he's only using her to get over Serena or some malarkey.

Or not.

It would also be nice for Serena to notice Dan's feelings. That would knock her down a notch or two, you know? She could know what it's like to be in both Dan and Blair's shoes at ones.

You got it wrong. I don't want DB just so Blair can get even with Chuck, I generally like DB. Have I before this season? No, in fact back in S2 when they did the play and it was hinted that DB were going to kiss I was PISSED but they've grown and I see something in them that I didn't before. IMO they both have much to learn from one another. And just so we're clear I want DB to happen but I still want CB and DS as endgame.

what? I never said YOU wanted them so they could even the playing field.

I was trying to be subtle about something else but I guess I fail at that kinda thing.

Africa <3... I don't think Dan or Blair developing feelings is impossible at all, but I do love it when they straight up tell the truth to eachother too, and call eachother on their bs...so I do see some appeal to your plan. That said, I dn't think Dan is giong to really fall for Blair.

You're a DS fan, right? Or am I misremembering? I could be. I'm easily confused.

So does anyone think that in the end Raina is an even better schemer than Chuck? My feeling is that she plays him bad...she seems like a female version of himself. Apparently her dad and his dad didn't get along cause bart thought he was a ruthless businessman? Is it possible that Raina has had a more ruthless upbringing?

I am wishing that the promos show something seriously misguiding in regards to the whole Chuck having feelings for Raina situation.

I don't think so either, which I don't mind. At first I thought that their friendship would be totally contrived, but I actually really enjoy it. I really love the way they call each other out, too.

EDIT: I am a total DS fan. Even though I'm really annoyed with Serena right now. xD

Aw, I'm sorry.

That's an interesting theory. I saw someone say something about how she seemed to know EXACTLY how to be EXACTLY like him, which seemed like a scheme. If she's just playing Chuck though, I don't know how she'd end up having a serious relationship with Nate. I don't know though.

EDIT: Africa <3, I'm a DS fan too (although a Blair stan first and am loving the friendship scenes HARD). I think some of this in the last couple eps for Serena has been out of character IMO (although I think the taking for granted is in character). I just am hoping it's going towards a developmental arc for her, which I'm pretty sure it is. I hope we get a lot on Dan and Blir's feelings on their lives and them explaining to each other how and why they are wrong.

I actually think that's exactly why Serena would even find out about the DB kiss. The idea of losing Dan to her best friend might shock her, and the idea of a SB role-reversal would definitely worry her.
I think it's sort of the same principle with Louis showing up. There's a guy who could really whisk Blair away for good and give her everything she ever wanted. Now what's Chuck going to do?

Part of me thinks a relationship with Nate is a scheme too. Idk what to think anymore.

I haven't changed my icon in forever...but it seems like ages ago CB were happy and finally openly professing their love

I wish we got more spoilers on the stuff that mattered.

All we hear about is Nate and Raina are a definite couple. Who cares?

I want to know if Serena will care about DB being friends at all, or if she'll be okay with it. I want to know if Chuck will care as well about that. And most importantly I want to know when Ben is leaving.

but I do feel bad for Nate. He really doesn't do anything so a few filming pics with him and Raina isn't taking up too much space I guess hah.
