The full shoot is currently scheduled for August 18 to September 11 in Vancouver. Per Canadian guidelines, anyone involved with shooting the episodes (actors, producers, crew, etc.) will need to quarantine for two weeks on arrival before shooting can resume. Supernatural has five episodes completed but unaired due to the coronavirus pandemic, and is currently set to have the rest of its final season air this fall. As a result, “Episode 20 is more character-based and is more concerned with Sam, Dean and this family they’ve built around them than it is with figuring out the Case of the Week.”
