Of course, we can't actually know but in DC Comics Andrea Rojas isn't a villain. She is supposed to be a heroine. So, there is a slight chance they might have mislead people into thinking she is a villain.

I can deal with Lena being evil now. But still acting like Kara’s friend is so fake and wrong.

Kara deserves better.

Unless she's been compromised by hope, Lena has crossed the line severely. I have no idea how they bring her back from this.
