No, I think he may be trapped in Purgatory. As Corbin may also be trapped there. Abbie sees Corbin, Ichabod sees his father.

But why would he yell "I trusted you" to his father if he was also trapped in purgatory? And Corbin is not a witch(that we know of) so why would he be trapped in purgatory instead of just dead? Hm.

His father may not be trapped. Maybe he's a willing participant. Or maybe he's still alive and a member of an evil coven of witches.

And Corbin is presumably a disciple of the Witnesses. Maybe Moloch claimed his soul to use against Abbie.

I hate that they killed him off so early, I really would have loved to see him interacting with Abbie & Ichabod on some of this stuff. Such a great character, played by one of my favorite actors.
