Cox tied his tubes so it can't be his wife. I don't want it to be Elliott. I've always wanted her and JD to be together even though I know it will never happen.

I think it's Elliot. Some have been speculating that Sarah Chalke is pregnant since lately she's been wearing bigger shirts.
I too want her and JD to be together but I've accepted the fact that it'll never happen.

Ausiello: OK, here's something that's not related to me in any way: One of my Sacred Heart moles tells me that Elizabeth Banks' Kim is getting a new leading man sometime in February. The identity of the actor playing the new doc on the block is being kept under wraps, but my spy confirms that the mystery man shot his episode last Thursday on the show's North Hollywood set and that this A-lister's credits include Felicity, Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars. His character will appear for the first time at the very end of the episode in an extremely twisty scene. Coincidentally, that is also slated to be his last appearance. (Somebody needs a new agent.) Anyway, it's my understanding that this special guest star had two — count 'em, two — camera crews following his every move throughout the day, for pieces on the TV Guide Channel and TVGuide.com. There's also a rumor floating around that TV Guide magazine is doing a story on this huge casting stunt as well, but I haven't been able to corroborate it. (His people aren't being very cooperative.)

I don't think it can be any of the main main cast, or else that would be really tragic for the show and it would make the Scrubs balance screwed up.

Someone has speculated, in a different forum, that it's going to be Dr. Wen. And hence, Chris Turk gets a step up on the ladder as a sort of 'head' surgeon. Possible.

Also, reading the thread reminded me:

This is exactly what has just happened on Thursday! Kim is going to someplace else for four months to work, while she is pregnant. It sounds like a cop-out. However, there has to be more to this story. Kim's not over yet. But I still don't know if Bill is going all the way through with this pregnancy or not, because so far, it seems he will be going through with the story, as Kim will be returning.

Carla comes in and tells Elliot not to say goodbye because people have come back from worse. Jordan is giving birth and only gives Dr. Cox 2 hours notice, who immediately starts freaking out.
